Great-grandson of oil tycoon, Marcus Baasch, it seems as though Warren Baasch has his life all planned out for him. His father, Jackson, is currently CEO of the company that made their family's name what it is today and has always made certain that Warren never wanted for anything he might have wanted as a boy growing up in the fast-paced city of Manhattan. Warren's parents were divorced six years ago and he hasn't heard from his mother since, something he's slightly more bitter about than he lets on.

While he can't be defined as a slacker, he also can't be defined as a hard worker. The best way to categorize Warren requires the use of the words "gifted" and "luck". Motivated only by the promise that if he gets by, he'll get everything he wants out of life, he works just hard enough to keep himself afloat in most classes. Should he ever feel himself slipping into the red, he makes sure to really apply himself to get ahead. He's truly intelligent but because nothing about that appeals to him, he much prefers wasting time and money. Often accused of being immature and obnoxious, Warren exploits his family's name and prestige to lead a personal life that most men twice his age wouldn't even be able to imagine, however privacy and pride being important to his family he does most of it behind closed doors and with only a select few friends. In fact, he's particularly exclusive when selecting who he associates with, holding most other people up to an incredibly high standard as he considers himself the best and only fit to associate with some of the best.

His primary interests include music, women, and driving his father into an early grave, Warren's considers himself to be a prime example of what the Upper East Side has to offer while most might consider him to be a PSA on the dangers of letting your children grow up with too much within their grasp and a posterboy for disciplinary problems.
